About Baitun Nisa Academy

A House of Knowledge, Built for Women

Baitun Nisa — “the house of women” — was founded on a simple belief: no woman should have to choose between her modesty and her education.

Why We Exist

The Problem We Set Out to Solve

Across Bangladesh and beyond, countless sisters want to learn the Quran — to read it, understand it, and teach it to their children. But finding a qualified teacher in a comfortable, purdah-compliant setting is hard. Travelling is not always possible. Mixed environments are not always appropriate.

So we built an academy where the entire environment — every teacher, every student, every class — is women-only, live, and online. Learning happens from the safety and comfort of home, without compromise.

What We Stand For

Our Values

Purdah & Privacy

A fully women-only environment is not a feature — it is our foundation. Every class is purdah-compliant by design.

Qualified Female Teachers

Our teachers are trained, qualified women — sisters teaching sisters, with sanad-based knowledge and patience.

Structure, Not Guesswork

Milestone-based curriculum — from Course 0 to Course 8, you always know exactly where you are and what comes next.

A Generational Mission

When a mother knows the Quran, a generation learns it. We teach women because women build homes, and homes build the ummah.

“A woman's knowledge is a home's light.”

This is more than our tagline — it is our mission statement.
